摘    要:元宝枫叶含有黄酮、绿原酸等多种生物活性物质。以2年生元宝枫苗为试材,对其进行不同浓度的植物喷施灵肥液处理,测定叶内黄酮、绿原酸和叶绿素的含量,并进行了方差分析和多重比较。结果表明:不同浓度的植物喷施灵对元宝枫叶内生物活性物质含量的影响不同,以1.3 g/L植物喷施灵处理下的黄酮、绿原酸和叶绿素含量都比其他处理下的含量高,叶绿素含量在不同浓度的植物喷施灵处理下差异极显著,而黄酮、绿原酸含量均差异显著。

Abstract:The leaves of Acer truncatum contain many biological active substances,for example,flavonoid,chlorogenic acid and chlorophyll.The contents of biological active substances in the leaves of two year old Acer truncatum seedlings were determined under different sprinkling plant fertilizer(SPF) concentration.And the variance analysis and multi-comparison were conducted.The results showed as follows: The influence of the different SPF concentration on the contents of biological active substances in the Leaves of A.truncatum was very obvious.The contents of flavonoid,chlorogenic acid and chlorophyll treated with 1.3g/L SPF solution were the highest.Difference of chlorophyll contents in different SPF concentration was significant at 0.01 level;Differences of flavonoid and chlorogenic acid contents were significant at 0.05 level.
