椭圆榫过盈配合量与木材密度的关系

摘    要:通过樟子松、柳桉、山毛榉制成的椭圆榫接合的极限抗拔试验,发现椭圆形榫头宽度与其对应的榫眼长度的过盈配合中,这三种木材在平衡含水率14.0%时的最佳过盈配合量分别为0.80、0.47和0.26mm.在此基础上,进一步探讨最佳过盈配合量与木材密度的相关性,得到其回归拟合曲线近似为指数函数y=6.874e-4.604x.

Abstract:By ultimate withdraw tests of oval-tenon joints made of Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica,Parashorea sp.and Fagus sp.,it is found that their optimal value of interference fit is 0.80,0.47 and 0.26 mm respectively with tenon width to mortise length as wood equilibrium moisture content is 14.0%.Based on that,further analysis found regression curve is closely exponential function y=6.874e-4.604x in correlation between wood density and optimal value of interference fit.
