| 摘 要： | 通过正交试验研究芽苗不同长度与不同生根剂种类及浓度对尾赤桉组培芽苗移植生根的影响。结果表明,芽苗长度和ABT1生根剂对尾赤桉组培芽苗的生根效果产生显著影响,而IBA生根剂对尾赤桉芽苗的生根效果影响不显著。选择长度为3.5 cm左右的芽苗,用ABT1(100 mg/L)和IBA(50 mg/L)生根促进剂进行处理,生根率可达95%以上,最佳处理组合为A3B2C1。
