广东林业生态建设面临的问题和对策

林业生态建设是建设绿色广东,构建和谐社会的基础和重要组成部分。当前广东林业生态建设总体上开始进入持续、稳定、协调阶段,但是森林生态功能仍然比较脆弱,水土流失、土地退化、物种灭绝、有害生物入侵、水质性缺水等生态问题仍然十分严重。全省生态状况和林业建设与社会需求还有较大的差距,这阻碍了科学发展观的落实,阻碍了建设绿色广东、构筑和谐社会这一战略决策的部署和实施,制约了经济社会的可持续发展。为此,必须全面保护森林生态系统,建立健全生态约束机制,杜绝无序开发,提高森林生态功能等级。
