广东林业生态建设面临的问题和对策

摘    要:林业生态建设是建设绿色广东,构建和谐社会的基础和重要组成部分。当前广东林业生态建设总体上开始进入持续、稳定、协调阶段,但是森林生态功能仍然比较脆弱,水土流失、土地退化、物种灭绝、有害生物入侵、水质性缺水等生态问题仍然十分严重。全省生态状况和林业建设与社会需求还有较大的差距,这阻碍了科学发展观的落实,阻碍了建设绿色广东、构筑和谐社会这一战略决策的部署和实施,制约了经济社会的可持续发展。为此,必须全面保护森林生态系统,建立健全生态约束机制,杜绝无序开发,提高森林生态功能等级。

Abstract:Forest ecological construction is the foundation and an important component of building Green Guangdong and constructing harmonious society.Forest ecological construction in Guangdong province is stepping into a sustainable,stable and harmonious stage currently.However,forest ecological function is still weak,and some ecological problems are still very serious such as soil and water erosion,land degenerated,species exterminates,harmful biology invasion and water shortage because of quality.There is a bigger disparity between social demand and the entire province ecological condition and the forest construction,which hinders the realization of science development view,hinders the deployment and implement of strategy decision of construction of green Guangdong and harmonious society,and restricts the sustainable development of the economic society.Therefore,measures must be taken to protect forest ecological system,establish and perfect ecology restraint mechanism,cease the disorderly development,and enhance the forest ecology function rank.
