梅州市金花茶引种栽培试验研究

摘    要:在广东省梅州市对3种金花茶组植物进行引种和扦插试验,结果表明:显脉金花茶(Camellia euphlebia)、凹脉金花茶(C.impressinervis)和金花茶(C.nitidissima)均适合在广东省梅州市种植.用500 mg/L的ABT1溶液浸泡20龄显脉金花茶和12龄凹脉金花茶插条基部2h,在黄心土上扦插,成活率可达90%以上;用250 mg/L的NAA溶液浸泡20龄显脉金花茶和12龄凹脉金花茶插条基部2h,在黄心土+河沙基质上扦插,成活率达92%以上.建议加快金花茶在梅州市的引种繁育及大面积推广种植.

Abstract:Camellia nitidissima C. W. Chi is a national level to protect plant, has the very high economic value and ornamental value. This research through the introduction of different varieties and different ages Camellia nitidissima C. W. Chi test showed that meizhou tea planting suitable for gold. The Camellia nitidissima C. W. Chi different drug treatment at the same time cutting test on different substrates, the results show that the different in yellow subsoil matrix processing using APT1 soaking solution concentration of 500 mg/L base 2 h survival rate can reach more than 90%; In the Yellow River sand subsoil matrix different processing with 250 mg/L NAA solution concentration base 2 h, the survival rate of more than 92%. Therefore suggested to speed up the Camellia nitidissima C. W. Chi in meizhou city, artificial breeding and planting on large area is feasible.
