安徽省森林防火气象服务支持系统的设计与实现

摘    要:介绍了安徽省森林防火气象服务支持系统的建设目的、体系架构、功能模块、业务流程,并对实现森林火险气象等级计算、GIS 交互、Web 系统显示等主要功能模块进行了描述。利用WebGIS 技术和(B/S) 模式搭建安徽省森林防火气象服务支持系统平台,实现对全省500 多个乡镇的精细化森林火险等级预报自动生成、气象数据实时显示、火警火情自动监测、预警信息发布、火灾扑救现场气象保障网络化、信息化和自动化,为全面、科学、高效、防范森林火灾提供决策依据,促进森林防火指挥快速化、决策科学化、调度实时化和防火信息资源化。

Abstract:This paper introduced the design principle of the forest fire prevention in Anhui province meteorological service support system, system architecture, function module, and business processe. The forest fire danger meteorological grade calculation, interactive, and Web GIS system main function module were described. Combining WebGIS technology and (B/S) model, the platform of forest fire prevention meteorological service support system was built in Anhui province. The automatic generation of the fine forest fire risk grade forecast, real-time meteorological data display, fire automatic fire alarm monitoring, early warning information release networking, informatization and automation for more than 500 villages and towns could be realized in the province. The system provided decision basis for a comprehensive, scientific, efficient and forest fire prevention, and promoted forest fire prevention command the rapidness, scientific decision-making, the real-time scheduling and fireproofing information resource.
