杉木优良无性系组织培养技术研究初报*

摘    要:开展杉木优良无性系组织培养技术研究在生产上具有重要意义。文章开展了杉木外植体清毒、无菌材料增殖试验、无菌材料生根试验、瓶苗移栽等方面的研究,繁殖了一批苗木。试验结果表明,杉木不同无性系在同一培养基上增殖表现差异显著;杉木优良无性系I不定芽增殖比较好的配方是0.5MS+6BA0.2mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L,生根诱导较好的配方是GGR60.4mg/L+根太阳1.2mg/L;无性系D比较好的生根诱导配方是IBA0.4mg/L+根太阳1.4mg/L。

Abstract:Developing tissue culture of Cunninghamia Lanceolata superior clones has great significance for forest wood production. This article carried out some research on explant sterilization, sterile material proliferation and sterile materials rooting of Cunninghamia Lanceolata superior clones, some seedlings have been bred. Judging from the pilot, Different clones of Chinese fir show different proliferation performance in the same medium. For superior clone I, A better formula is 0.5MS +6BA0.2mg/l +NAA0.2mg/l on Proliferation of adventitious buds, and GGR60.4mg/l+ sunroot1.2mg/l on induced Rooting. For superior clone D, better induced root formula is IBA60.4mg/l + sunroot 1.4mg/l.
