| Abstract: | This paper introduced the history and status quo of production of Camellia oleifera in Meizhou city which is a production base of the crop of Guangdong province, and analyzed the existing problems in the development of the city＇s C. oleifera industry, and based on which development countermeasures were proposed, including to breed and popularize better varieties, to upgrade management of cultivation, to promote comprehensive utilization research of C. oleifera so as to produce more value-added products, and to establish more well known brands aimed for expanded domestic and international market. |
