尾叶桉U6无性系的复壮与快繁技术研究

摘    要:文章根据林木复壮的概念和一般方法,取尾叶按U6无性系原始株上最低位的芽尖作外植体进行复壮培养,作为复壮过程的茎尖继代重复培养不少于5次,由此达到对U6无性系的纯化复壮的目的。试验获得的复壮材料与未经复壮且已继代3年的材料相比,分化能力明显提高,总体性状表现已有明显差异。

Abstract:This paper based on the concept and general method of f or est rejuvenation, studied the rejuvenation of Eucalyptus urophylla U6 clone. The key technology is picking the bud tip from the lowest part of the orgional plant, and then tissue cultured at least five times. Compared to the not rejuven ated meterial, the rejuvenated material have higher differentiation ability. The cycle to use the rejuvenated material should not exceed two years.
