芦荟离体快繁技术研究

通过对几种不品种芦荟快繁技术研究，结果表明，利用盆栽大苗的顶芽或小侧芽，极用适当消毒措施，均能建立无菌系。不同品种其最佳增殖及左根培养基有所下不同，如培养基合适，其增殖系数可达７以上，生根率可达１００％，利用粗河沙：至石：火土灰按１：１：１混合作移栽基质，加以保湿，移栽成活率可达９５％以上。

Study on Technique of Vitro Culture and Quick Breeding of Aloe

Vitro culture technique is a useful method to quick breeding for Aloe,which can provide market with planty of nuseries.Through the trial of study on some species of Aloe with different vitro culture methods,the results show that vitro culture success or not concerning the actors such as tissues,medium,effective breeding ability of different species correspounding to different methods.
