中国林下经济发展现状与对策

林下经济是农林复合经营基础上发展起来的新兴产业,发展林下经济是林改之后增加林地产出、提高林业效益、解决“三农”问题的重要渠道,也是现代林业的必由之路。笔者在概述中国林下经济发展现状的基础上,总结了林下经济的主要模式、组织形式和做法,指出了存在的主要问题,并探讨提出林下经济产业发展的对策,为推进我国林下经济产业的发展提供理论依据。

Development Status and Countermeasures of Under-forest Economy in China

Under-forest economy is a new industry that developed based on agroforestry management, which is an important channel to increase forest land production, improve forestry benefit, and resolve “three-agro” problems after forestry right system reform. It is also the only way to develop modern forestry. On the basis of outlining the status of under-forest economy in China, its main model, organization form, and methods were summarized, then the existing problems were pointed out, and the developing countermeasures of under-forest economy industries were discussed. It would provide theoretical basis for the development of under-forest economy in China.
