摘    要:采用核磁共振(NMR)技术,对我国黄连木分布区9个天然群体果实含油率进行取样测定.结果表明:果实、种子和果肉含油率分别为36.183%,26.594%,50.503%,不同群体间差异显著,群体平均表型分化系数达到92.08%,果实含油率存在地理变异.系统聚类分析将黄连木群体分为低变异中等含油率群体、低变异低含油率群体、高变异高含油群体3类.果实含油率与原产地的经度、纬度和生态梯度值的相关关系表明:黄连木果实含油率呈东北-西南由低到高的地理变异走向,经纬度高的地区黄连木果实含油率低于经纬度低的地区.种子和果肉含油率与生态因子也表现相似的变异趋势,但对生态因子的反映更为迟钝.

Abstract:Fruit oil Content of 9 natural populations of Pistacia chinensis was investigated with Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) method. The result showed:content of oil in the fruit,seed and pulp was respectively 36.183%,26.594% and 50.503% of the total oil content. There was significant variance in the oil content from different populations.
