落叶松锯屑液化技术的研究

摘    要:以兴安落叶松锯屑、苯酚为主要原料,以硫酸为主要催化剂,采用均匀设计试验方法和单因子试验法,研究液化温度、液化时间以及硫酸等催化剂的用量对落叶松锯屑液化率的影响。结果表明,酚木比为2.8∶1的前提下,硫酸用量为4%,TSA用量为硫酸的5%,液化温度为135℃,液化时间为120 min时,兴安落叶松锯屑的液化率为95.60%,且液化物中游离酚含量为39.88%,可被溴化物含量为49.33%。

Research on Liquefaction Technology of Larch Sawdust

Abstract:Taking Larix gmelinii sawdust, phenol as the main raw material and sulfuric acid as the main catalyst, the influence of liquefaction temperature, liquefaction time and dosage of catalysts such as sulfuric acid etc. to liquefaction rate of larch sawdust was researchedby adopted uniform design test method and single factor test method. The result indicated that under the premise of the ratio of phenol and wood was 2. 8: 1, the dosage of the sulfuric acid was 4% , the dosage of TSA was 5% of sulfuric acid, liquefaction temperature was 135℃, liquefaction time was 120 min, liquefaction rate of Larix gmelinii sawdust was 95.60%, and the content of free phenol was 39.88% of liquefaction products, the content of matter can be bromated was 49.33% of liquefaction products.
