摘 要: | 通过对轻质纤维板、轻质刨花板和其他轻质人造板在国内外的研究及发展现状进行分析,指出目前轻质人造板主要是采用速生材以及其他低密度的木材为原料,加入酚醛树脂和异氰酸酯等胶粘剂进行发泡处理,再施以不同的工艺方法压制而成;提出研制更低密度并具有一定物理力学性能的轻质人造板还有很大的发展空间。

Abstract: | This paper summarized the research and development of Ultra-low density fiberboard,low-density particleboard,and so on at home and abroad.It pointed out that low-density wood-based panel was made by fast-growing wood or low density wood with PF,isocyanate and so on in different technologic method.Studying lower density wood which had physical mechanics would have broad development. |
