曼地亚红豆杉组培快繁技术的简化

以5年生曼地亚红豆杉扦插母株当年生枝上带芽茎段为外植体,进行组培快繁技术简化的研究结果表明,以白糖、凉开水代替蔗糖、蒸馏水不影响外植体的萌芽率,并可有效降低成本;自然光照代替灯光培养需要配以适合的季节、培养容器、培养方法和采光效果良好的培养室;以蛭石为基质的瓶外生根培养不仅生根率高,根系生长较好,且可简化培养工艺,降低培养成本.

Simplification of Tissue Culture Technology of Taxus media

Take the tissue culture with the 1 year-old branch of 5 year-old Taxus media as explant,a simplification technodogy of tissue culture was studied.The results showed that the white sugar,cold boiled water instead of sucrose and distilled water didn't influence sucker rate of explant,and it could cut down the cost.Natural light instead of lamplight need suitable season,culture container,culture methods and with the culture room with the well daylighting.The rate of rooting out the tube is high,the root grows well and it can simplify the technology and cut down the cost.
