| 摘 要： | 采用琼脂平板测定法测定了杀虫剂、杀菌剂、除草剂等几种农药对彩色豆马勃菌根菌纯培养的影响。在离体培养下，3种农药都对该菌根菌的生长产生不同程度的影响，地虫神毙、福尔马林完全抑制了彩色豆马勃菌根菌的生长；而呋喃丹、草甘膦和羟基喹啉在试验30d后的作用效果基本相近，表现为低浓度下促进或不影响菌根菌的生长。高浓度下完全抑制菌根菌的生长。 |

| Abstract: | In this paper, the effection of pesticides (such as insecticide, fungicide and weedicide) on the growth of pisolithus tinctorius were studied by using the agar plate method. The result showed as follow: in axenic culture, three pesticides all influenced the proliferation culture of the ectomycorrhizal fungi. Formalin and Dichongshenbi completely restrained the growth of the ectomycorrhizal fungi in the supplied strength. And in low concentration, Carbofuran, Roundup and Oxine benzoate accelerated or not influenced the growth of the ectomycorrhizal fungi. But strong inhibition was found in high concentration. |
