| 摘 要： | 本文从外植体选择、外植体的灭菌方式、基本培养基的选择、诱导培养基的选择、生根培养基的选择、生根苗的移栽这几个方面归纳总结了国内有关杜鹃属植物组培快繁应用的研究进展,并提出了目前存在问题与发展利用前景。

| Abstract: | In this paper, we summarized the selection of explants, the sterilization method of explants, the selection of basic medium, the selection of induction medium, the selection of rooting medium and the transplanting of rooting seedlings at the research progress of plant tissue culture and rapid propagation application of Rhododendron in China. Then we put forward the current problems, and prospects for development and utilization.At present, the problems are mainly caused by difficulty in sterilization of explants, difficulty in regeneration of callus, prevention of browning of explants and "vitrification". The development and utilization prospects mainly include expanding the species of Rhododendron tissue culture,increasing the selection of culture medium, developing a new type of tissue culture and rapid propagation. |
