| 摘 要： | 对甘肃省静宁县退耕还林政策效应的研究结果表明,近20年的退耕还林工程对于静宁县的生态、经济、社会发展具有重要影响,在生态环境改善、产业结构优化和群众脱贫致富等方面发挥了基础性作用,使静宁县由贫困县转变为生态大县和特色果业大县。

| Abstract: | The effects of the policy of returning farmland to forests in Jingning county, Gansu province was studied. The results showed that in the past 20 years the project of returning farmland to forests has had an important impact on the ecological, economic, and social development of Jingning county. It played a fundamental role in making Jingning county from a poor county to a large ecological and special forest and fruit industry county. |
