几种表面难粘秸秆材料胶合性能的研究

摘    要:测定了几种水溶性胶粘剂分别对4种秸秆外表面的接触角、秸秆外表面的结合性能及秸秆板的内结合性能,分析了结合原理及相互间的关系。研究结果表明:4种秸秆外表面的润湿性都较差,接触角可在一定程度上反映其胶合性能的相对强弱,使用异氰酸酯胶可获得良好的胶合效果。

Abstract:In this study,the surface contact angle between several kinds of adhensive and outer surfaces of some crops stalks,the surface bond performance of stalks and internal bond performance of stalk-based boards were tested.And bond theory and relations each other were analysed.The results showed that the wetting capabilities of outer surfaces of these crops stalks were all low,the contact angle could reflect relative bond performance in a certain extent,and the use of methane diisocyanate could realize perfect bond effect.
