| 摘 要： | 该文提出建立森林病虫害防治质量审核制度，并对审核的内涵、构成和实施进行论述。森林病虫防治质量审核应由与被审核方无直接责任关系、具有相应资格的机构或人员依据一定的原则和程序，对森林病虫防治的目标、过程和管理体系进行客观、公正、合理的评价。

| Abstract: | The set-up of the check system of the quality of forest pest management was suggested and the connotation, composition and implementation of the system were discussed.The check should be administered by qualified organization or personnel who had no direct relation of responsibility with the one who was checked,according to certain principle and procedures,resulting in a objective,fair and reasonable evaluation on the target,process and the management system of the forest pest control. |
