| 摘 要： | 以2006—2010年全国林业有害生物发生数据为依据,采用实物量价值核算法计算直接经济损失,生物量估算法计算生态服务价值损失,评估我国十一五期间林业有害生物造成的直接经济损失和森林生态服务价值损失,并改进和完善了已有评估方法。评估结果:十一五期间全国林业有害生物造成的年均损失总计为1101亿元,其中年均直接经济损失为245亿元(立木资源年均损失为128亿元,非木质林产品年均损失为117亿元),生态服务价值年均损失为856亿元。

| Abstract: | Based on the forest pest data in China from 2006 to 2010,the direct economic losses and the ecological losses caused by the forest pests from 2006 to 2010 were evaluated with the value accounting method of physical quantity used in the direct economic losses evaluation and the biomass estimate used in the ecological losses evaluation.And the methods were improved.The result showed the annual losses caused by the forest pest disasters was 110.1 billion yuan including 24.5 billion yuan of direct economic loss... |
