| 摘 要： | 运用经济学的原理阐述了国有森林资源产权制度创新的必要性,提出了国有森林资源产权制度创新的总体思路和基本原则,在此基础上构建了竞争性和非竞争性国有森林资源产权制度的七种:公司化改制、股份合作经营、国有民营、林权转让、“两权合一”事业型、“两权分离”的家庭管护承包经营和准公司型模式。

| Abstract: | By using theory of Economy, the paper illustrates the necessity of innovation in state-owned forest resource property right system and puts forward the general thought and essential principle for it. According to this, there will be 7 modes established: reorganize-into-company mode, shareholding cooperative mode, state-owned but private-run mode, forest property transfer mode, business mode, household contract mode and company-to-be mode. |
