| 摘 要： | 游客管理的难题包括游客对资源的影响控制、游客不良行为控制、游客体验质量的下降以及游客服务设施的兴建等。经过30余年理论和实践经验的积累,全球保护区游客管理形成了多种模式和框架。文章初步分析了这些模式的管理目标、管理方式和决策模式等演进轨迹。

| Abstract: | The site management of Nature Reserves includes resource management an d visitor management. Nowadays more researches focus on the visitor management a iming to solve the visitor problems including the visitor impact management, vis itor behavior control, visitor experience improvement and the unreasonable const ruction of service facilities. Since 1970s, a lot of visitor management framewor ks have formed. This paper gives a progress analysis on the management objective , means and decision-making model of this framework. |
