中国木材产业安全问题研究

文章以木材产业安全为研究对象,概括了产业安全的各种理论观点,提出了建立在国际竞争力基础上的产业安全观。依据产业国际竞争力理论,分别从木材资源供给、市场需求数量及质量、产业组织竞争、相关产业发展和产业政策等五个方面,对木材产业安全进行了具体评价;在得出我国木材产业处于不安全状态的结论后,就如何提高木材产业安全进行了国内和国际策略设计。

Study on safety problems of China's timber industry

With increasing opening-up of China's foreign economy, industry safety is becoming a heated issue. Based on timber industry safety, this paper firstly overviews different kinds of theories on industry safety, and brings forward special theory of industry safety. And then, according to theory of international competitiveness, this paper makes a concrete analysis on China's timber industry safety from aspects of timber resource supply, demand quantity and quality, industrial organization competition, development of relative industry and industry policy separately. After getting the conclusion of unsafe status of China's timber industry, this paper lastly designs domestic and international strategies on how to improve safety of China's timber industry.
