鹤北林业局林下经济开发面临的主要问题及措施

虽然黑龙江省鹤北林业局前期在推进森林资源管护经营和发展林下经济中做了大量工作,可是目前看效果并不理想,该局林下经济开发还是相对落后,制约了经济转型这个战略性工作的推进。那么,当务之急就要进一步转变思想观念,总结经验,制定科学规划方案,加大推行力度,提升经济质量,促进林下经济稳步向前发展,进而推进鹤北林业局的林业经济全面发展。
