| 摘 要： | 生态文化建设是生态城市建设的重要内容,对促进人与自然和谐、提升全民生态环境意识具有重要意义。通过对唐山市生态文化发展相关因素的综合分析,确立了依托资源、挖掘潜力、突出特色、注重效益、城乡一体等5项布局原则,提出了"四区六链九品百园"的唐山市生态文化发展框架,并探讨了具体的建设内容。
