随着《海绵城市建设技术指南》的发布,我国海绵城市建设被推上日程。分析美国西雅图雨水管理系统由传统排水到可持续排水的过程以及可持续雨水管理的思想、行政管理及工程措施的导控机制对雨水管理系统的能动作用,同时反思我国海绵城市体系在规划体系、实施过程和多学科融合等方面的弊端和发展方向,以期为我国海绵城市和雨水管理体系的建立提供思路和方法。

From Analyzing Seattle Stormwater Management System to Discussing the Development of Chinese Sponge Urban Development

With the release of "Technology Guidance of Sponge City Construction", the construction of sponge city has been put forward. This paper analyzed the development from traditional drainage to sustainable drainage system of Seattle stormwater management and summarized the stormwater management ideas, guidance and control mechanisms of administrative and engineering measures. By reflecting the disadvantages and development direction of sponge city system in the planning system, implementation process and multidisciplinary integration in China, this paper aimed to provide suitable ideas and methods for Chinese sponge city construction.
