| 摘 要： | 全球气候变暖仍是不争的事实。低碳发展是世界、也是我国必然的选择。增加城市的森林碳汇是城市减排的重要补充。发展城市森林或者创建森林城市应是发展低碳城市的重要组成部分,也是可以先行的重要一步。

| Abstract: | Global warming is a scientifically indisputable fact.Low-carbon development is our inevitable choice.Increasing the city's forest carbon sinks is an important complement to emission reduction in the city.The development of urban forest or building forest city should be an important part of creating low-carbon city,but also can be an important first step. |
