| 摘 要： | 柴达木盆地是我国荒漠化治理的重点地区,生态系统非常脆弱,干旱少雨的形势十分严峻。作为柴达木循环经济试验区核心城市之一的德令哈市,水既是宝贵、稀缺的资源,又是循环经济试验区经济社会发展的生命线。改善生态环境,遏制荒漠化,发展循环经济必须考虑节水问题。加强造林绿化的节水措施,是改善生态环境,解决干旱缺水问题的最根本途径。

| Abstract: | Qaidam Basin is a key area for desertification control in China, where the ecosystems are vulnerable and the drought is the severe threat. Delingha City, as one of the core cities in Qaidam Recycling Economic Experiment Area, regards water as the valued and rare resource and the lifeline of socioeconomic development in the Experiment Area as well. At the time of improving eco - environment, controlling desertification and developing recycling econo- my, water - saving is the issue that shall be taken account of. Adopting water - saving measures in afforestation and greening is the foundamental approach to improve eco -environment and solve the drought problem. |
