| 摘 要： | 报道了百合科三种植物的核型，大百合2n=2x=22=4m 2sm 10st 2t 4T;老鸦瓣2n=2x=48=26sm 22st,湖北黄精2n=2x=28=18m 6sm 4st(2sat,1B)。大百合，老鸦瓣，湖北黄精的核型类型分别为3B型，3A型和2C型。

| Abstract: | Karyotype of three species was reported, namely 2n=2x=22=4m+2sm+10st+2t+4T of Cardiocrinum gigante-um; 2n=2x=48=26sm+22st of Tulipa edulis; 2n=2x=28=18m+6sm=4st (2sat, 1B) of Polygonatum zanlansciamense. The karyotypes of these three plants were respectively 3B, 3A and 2C. Their chromosome number was already reported without their karyotype. |
