林地管理的现状及对策

《浙江省林地管理办法》是管护林地资源的1个主要政策依据。但当前林地管理形势非常严峻，违反征、占用现家技为严重。为此，必须亟待加强林地管理和完善各种制度，采取切实可行的对策，林业主管部门必须及时进行管理和监督，严格执行审批制度，加强执法力度，坚持维护林地，林木所有者和使用者合法权益，充分发挥乡镇林业站的职能作用，进一步认识林地的特殊性、依靠政府和有关部门的重视和支持，把林地管理、资源保护管理工作提高到一个新台阶。
