| 摘 要： | 在新疆准噶尔盆地沙漠边缘精河县的古尔图牧场运用不同种源、不同基质、不同用量GGR生长调节剂浸种处理,进行梭梭容器育苗试验。试验结果表明:吐鲁番白梭梭的各项生长指标比吐鲁番梭梭、精河梭梭、奇台梭梭优良,奇台梭梭表现最差;GGR的最适用量为20mg·kg-1,最佳基质为5∶3∶2(苗圃土∶沙子∶锯沫和羊粪)。当种源为吐鲁番白梭梭,基质为5∶3∶2,用20mg·kg-1的GGR浸种,播种38d后的梭梭苗高可达38cm,地径可达0.31cm。 |

| Abstract: | Using different provenances and substrate of sacsaoul,seed soaking by taking different dosage of GGR,experiments of containernursing of sacsaoul were conducted in Guertu pastureland of Jinghe County of Xinjiang.Results showed that each growth index of Tulufan white sacsaoul was better than Tulufan sacsaoul,Jinghe sacsaoul,Qitai sacsaoul,Qitai sacsaoul was the worst.The optimal dosage of GGR was 20 mg·kg -1 ,the optimum substrate was 5:3:2(nursery soil:sand:sawdust:sheep manure).While taking Tulufan white sacsaoul as provenance,taking substrate as 5:3:2,seed soaking by taking dosage of 20 mg·kg -1 ,height of seedlings of sacsaoul would be 38cm and ground diameter would be 0.31cm after 38 days of sowing. |
