干旱胁迫对科尔沁沙地南蛇藤幼苗生理及光合特性的影响

摘    要:采用控水法研究干旱胁迫对南蛇藤(Celastrus orbiculatus)幼苗叶片生理及光合特性的影响。结果表明:干旱胁迫强度增加,南蛇藤叶片的相对水分亏缺、丙二醛等生理指标增大,叶片受到的损害增大;净光合速率、气孔导度等光合参数指标下降,叶片光合作用降低。在重度干旱胁迫下,南蛇藤依然存在光合作用,说明南蛇藤能够适应半干旱地区土壤水分亏缺的生存条件,可以在科尔沁沙地南缘进行造林。

Abstract:The effects of drought stress on physiological and photosynthetic mechanism of Celastrus orbiculatus blades were studied by using water control method.Result shows that:the physiological indexes&photosynthetic parameters of C.orbiculatus blades were affected by different degrees of drought stress.Under severe drought stress,C.orbiculatus still has photosynthesis;it shows that C.orbiculatus can adapt to the living conditions of soil water deficit in semi-arid area.
