灰树花多糖的分步酶解法提取工艺研究

摘    要:首先采用纤维素酶、果胶酶、木瓜蛋白酶,分别对灰树花子实体进行酶解提取灰树花多糖,经正交试验获得各种酶的最佳工艺参数;然后依次分步采用纤维素酶、果胶酶和木瓜蛋白酶组合处理灰树花子实体提取灰树花多糖,并与传统的热水浸提法进行对比。结果表明:分步酶解法提取灰树花粗多糖的提取率可达28.62%,比传统的热水浸提法提取灰树花粗多糖的提取率提高了40.4%。经紫外光谱和红外图谱分析表明,分步酶解法提取灰树花多糖的纯度明显高于热水浸提法提取的灰树花多糖。

Abstract:The Griflan was extracted from fruit bodies of Grifola frondosa by means of adding cellulose,pectase and papain respectively.The best technological factors were obtained for each enzyme from the the orthogonal test.Then the fruit bodies of Grifola frondosa was treated by adding the three enzymes successively under their best conditions.Compared with the result from the hot water extraction technology,the yield 28.62% of Griflan by step enzymic hydrolysis was raised as high as 40.4%.From the ultraviolet spectrum and infrared spectrum,it was found that the purity of Griflan was improved dramatically by the new technology.
