富硒灵芝中硒和多糖含量的测定

摘    要:采用外施硒盐获得富硒灵芝,以富硒灵芝子实体为原料提取硒和多糖,比色法测定其硒和多糖含量。结果表明富硒培养的灵芝中硒和多糖的含量均高于普通灵芝。在低浓度硒盐中培养,富硒灵芝子实体中硒、多糖含量显著增加,但当培养料硒浓度达到150μg/g后,多糖含量反而下降,这说明在灵芝的富硒培养过程中,硒参与了多糖的合成。

Abstract:Selenium-enriched Ganoderma lucidum(GL) were obtained by cultivating GL in the substrate added different content of selenite.Selenium and polysaccharide were determined by colorimetry.The results showed that the contents of polysaccharides and Se-GL were higher than control of GL.Low concentration of Se(150μg/g)in the substrate facilitated the synthesis of polysaccharide,but high concentration of Se(150μg/g)played a reverse role.This demonstrated that Se participated in the synthesis of polysaccharides during the cultivation of Se-enriched Ganoderma lucidum.
