| 摘 要： | 接骨木果油中富含人体必需的脂肪酸，营养保健价值很高，具有降血脂，抗癌，抗病毒，抗菌，提高学习记忆力等作用。主要综述了接骨木果油的超临界C O2萃取方法，以及它的理化特性和生物活性，并对接骨木果油的发展前景进行了展望，为接骨木果油的进一步开发和利用提供科学的依据。

| Abstract: | Sambucus w illiamsii seed oil is rich in essential fatty acids ,its nutritional value is very high ,and it has following functions ：lowering blood pressure ,standing up to cancer ,virus and bacterium ,improving memory and so on .This article mainly reviews supercritical CO2 extraction technology of Sambucus w illiamsii seed oil and its physical and chemical properties as well as its biological activity ,moreover ,the prospects of Sambucus w illiamsii is outlooked to provide the basis for its further development and usage . |
