| 摘 要： | 以豆秸粉为主料,设不同处理对白灵菇的原种培养基和栽培培养基进行比较研究,结果表明:用豆秸粉做白灵菇的原种和栽培培养基的主料是可行的。原种培养基中以D处理菌丝生长最快,长势最好;栽培培养基中以B处理生物学效率最高。

| Abstract: | Experiments on the selection of medium in Pleurotus ferulae Lanzi shows that: soybean stem's flour can be used for the primary ingredient in primary spawn medium and cultivation medium of Pleurotus ferulae Lanzi.The study shows that: the D treatment mycelia of the primary spawn medium which has the best growth potential,grows most quickly.While the B treatment has the best biology efficiency. |
