| 摘 要： | 马齿苋是一种珍贵的野生蔬菜资源。含有大量-ω3脂肪酸(α-亚麻酸)和维生素E等有效成分及丰富的营养成分。具有降血脂、降血糖、抗动脉粥样硬化、抗病毒、抗菌消炎、增强免疫、抗衰老等作用。马齿苋具有广阔的利用前景。
