| 摘 要： | 本文简要介绍了国内外木质结构房屋的发展状况。结合实际国情分析了我国发展木结构房屋的优势以及存在的问题 ,认为目前我国发展木结构建筑的市场潜力很大 ,但真正的开发需要一个过程 ,尚有许多问题有待解决。

| Abstract: | This paper briefly discusses the current trend of wood frame housing in China and abroad. It also addresses and analyses the advantages and disadvantages of this type of housing construction. Through their research, the authors conclude that structural wood frame housing has great potential in China, although there are many problems that need to be solved. |
