摘    要:常规砖砌壳体木材干燥窑热能消耗大,节能潜力很大,本文通过对窑体保温材料和大门密,保温性能改进措施的分析及应用,结果表明,壳体热损失减少60%以上,总能源可减少12%以上,节能效果显著,此外对用热油作为导热介质,也探讨了其节能的可行性。

Abstract:The heat consumption of the conventional brick and concrete kilns is quite high and there is a great potential of energy saving. It was proved in practice that equiped with polyurethane foam layers and air tight doors, thermal insulation of the kilns can be remarkably improved. The heat lose of the dryer chamber and the total energy consumption were reduced by 60% and 12% respectively. The feasiability of using oil as an intermediate of heat transfer for energy saving also was dicussed.
