我国藤材主导霉菌的分离及其室内抑制试验

摘    要:从分类学的角度描述我国2种常见藤材上分离到的主导霉菌的生物学,报道了4种防霉剂对该主导霉菌的室内抑制试验结果.结果显示:DDAC对4种主导霉菌都具有上佳的抑制效果,当体积分数为2%时,对4种菌的抑制指数在93以上.

Abstract:A laboratory inhibition test was conducted to evaluate the abilities of 4 kinds of preservatives against 4 dominant moulds (Penicillium oxalicum, Aspergillus japonicus, Lasiodiplodia theobromae and Mucro spp.) that were isolated from 2 common species of rattan (Calamus tetradactylus and C. simplicifolius) in China. Results showed that among those preservatives the author selected, DDAC had the most effective protection against the isolates. When the concentration was 2%, the inhibition index for all the isolates was above 93.
