氧化淀粉改性粉状脲醛树脂胶初探

摘    要:以H2O2为氧化剂制作氧化淀粉,并加入到脲醛树脂中,制备改性UF树脂.通过介绍改性UF制胶的机理、工艺及影响因素,及与常规脲醛树脂胶黏剂的性能对比,结果表明,改性UF树脂的胶合强度、耐水性、耐老化性均有明显提高,游离甲醛含量明显降低.

Abstract:A modified urea-formaldehyde resin was prepared with oxidized starch following treatment with H_2O_2.The mechanisms of how to oxidize starch and compound it with UF resin were described in this paper.Factors that were analyzed,that had an effect on the modified resin,included the degree to which the starch is oxidized and the amount of available urea and formaldehyde.Compared with traditional urea formaldehyde resin,this modified resin showed superior bonding strength,better resistance to water,resistance to aging,and lower emission of free formaldehyde.
