| 摘 要： | 通过参与式方法在旺苍县退耕还林工程规划设计中的运用，总结出参与式方法在退耕还林总体规划和年度作业设计中的应用步骤及方法。并认为参与式规划是实现退耕还林工程“退得下、稳得住、能致富、不反弹”目标的重要措施之一。

| Abstract: | Through the application of participatory method to Wangcang county's returning land for farming to forest project's design, this article summarized out participation method's application step and means in returning land for farming to forest's general planning and annual design, pointed out that participatory design was one of the important measures to achieve project goals. |
