| 摘 要： | 在综述了生态补偿概念及其补偿类型划分研究基础上,提出了重要生态功能区生态补偿概念,并对国内外水源涵养功能区、防风固沙与土壤保持功能区、调蓄防洪功能区以及生物多样性保护区等重要生态功能区生态补偿模式进行了综述与分析,指出了重要生态功能区的生态补偿发展趋势,为我国开展相关研究及制定相关生态补偿政策提供参考。

| Abstract: | According to the literature,the author analyzed the developing process in eco-compensation,including conception and types,and propounded the conception of key ecological function division＇s eco-compensation.The article summarized the key ecological function division＇s eco-compensation both in domestic and abroad from four aspects such as water conservation,biodiversity conservation,flood control area,soil and water conservation.and then, pointed out the trends of key ecological function division＇s eco-compensation. The experience can be used for reference for the government to work out the policy relevant in ecological compensation in China. |
