| Abstract: | This paper established the criteria and indicators system of sustainable forest management in order to actualize sustainable forest management of Yonglin corporation.The criteria system was dead against the resource situation and management practice of the company and composed of 6 criteria and 43 indicators.The reference of sustainable forest management of the southward collective forest corporation was also put forward. |
