玫瑰新品种‘红灯’、‘串珠’嫩枝扦插繁殖技术研究

摘    要:以玫瑰的嫩枝为试材,采用L9(34)正交试验设计,分析激素种类、基质种类、激素浓度和处理时间对玫瑰扦插生根的影响。结果表明:激素浓度对生根影响最大,其次是基质和激素种类,处理时间对生根的影响最小。最佳组合为:100mg/LIBA处理插穗5min,蛭石做基质。

Abstract:Adopting L9(34) orthogonal experiment design,the experiment was carried out with Rosa rugosa softwood,and the effect of the type of rooting reagents and substrates,the concentration of rooting reagents,the processing time were studied.The result showed that the concentration of rooting reagents were the main influential factor of rooting rate,the type of rooting reagents and substrates were more important than the processing time.The best combination of factors was as follows: using 100mg/L IBA for dealing ...
