麻栎无性系对干旱胁迫的抗性研究

摘    要:采用盆栽试验方法,研究干旱胁迫下13个1a生麻栎(Quercus acutissima Carruth.)无性系的生理生化特性,并用隶属函数法对其抗旱性进行了综合评价。结果表明:参试麻栎无性系的叶片相对含水量随着干旱胁迫的加重而逐渐下降。叶片失水曲线呈现的规律性较为一致,轻度干旱胁迫下,失水量先增大后减小,中度干旱时,失水量一直下降或先增后降,重度干旱时,失水量总体曲线呈下降趋势。SOD活性随土壤干旱胁迫的加剧先增大后下降或一直下降,而各无性系可溶性糖含量的变化规律不一。综合评价得出麻栎无性系7、5、13、15和11号具有较强的耐旱能力。

Abstract:The physiological and biochemical characteristics of thirteen 1- year--old potted Quercus acutissima clones were tested, and also their resistance to drought conditions were evaluated. The result showed that: With soil drought stress strengthened, relative leaf content of clones decreased gradually. The curves of leaf water loss were similar in clones, at the be- ginning of water loss, the decreased range was great, and speed was quick, but when at the end of water loss, the speed de- creased. Soluble sugar showed different rules in tested clones, Soluble sugar content of clones 1 and 17 creased, so their resist- ance were strongger, while that of clones 5 and 8 decreased, their resistance were weak. SOD of clones 4, 11 and 13 creased firstly and then decreased, the other clones decreased. Through membership function, we got clones 7, 5, 13, 15 and 11 had better resistance to drought.
