大黄堡湿地自然保护区春季底栖动物群落结构及水质生物评价

摘    要:2010年春季,对大黄堡湿地自然保护区底栖动物进行调查,并对保护区水质进行了生物学评价。结果表明:大黄堡湿地自然保护区底栖动物共40种,其中水生昆虫27种,占总种数的65%;寡毛类7种,占17.5%;甲壳动物4种,占10%;软体动物1种,占2.5%;其他动物2种,占5%。大黄堡湿地自然保护区底栖动物群落主要由摇蚊幼虫和寡毛类组成。底栖动物密度和生物量分别是3620 ind/m2和8.64 g/m2。聚类分析表明,大黄堡湿地自然保护区L样点底栖动物群落结构与其它样点差异明显。采用物种多样性指数、生物学污染指数、科级水平生物指数和生物指数对保护区水质进行了评价,结果显示水质处于中度污染状态。

Abstract:The community structures of zoobenthos and bio-assessment of water quality in Dahuangpu Wetland Reserves were investigated in spring,2010.The results showed that a total of 40 species of zoobenthos were found,of which consisted 26 aquatic insect larva(65%),7 oligochaetes(17.5%),4 crustacean(10%),1 mollusk(2.5%) and 2 other forms(5%).The community of zoobenthos was mainly composed of chironmus larva and oligochaeta.The density and biomass of the zoobenthos were 3620 ind/m^2 and 8.64 g/m^2.The cluster analysis revealed that zoobenthos community structures were distinct greatly between L and others.The water quality was bio-assessed with Shannon-Wiener diversity index,Biology Pollution Index(BPI),Biotic Family Index(FBI) and Biotic Index(BI),and results showed that the water was in a medium pollution state during the sampling period.
