冬枣浆胞病病原微生物的分离与鉴定

摘    要:对冬枣贮藏期浆胞病病原微生物进行了连续系统的分离和鉴定,试验结果表明:贮藏冬枣浆胞病病原真菌主要为两种,半知菌亚门交链孢霉属(Alternaria Nees Wallr.)和半知菌亚门无孢菌群根菌索菌(Rhizomorpha Roth.ex Fr.);连续3年均分离到的贮藏冬枣浆胞病病原细菌有4种,对4种病原细菌进行了基因组DNA的提取及rDNA片段的扩增,并完成了062281菌株rDNA片段的序列测定,经过同源性分析,将062281号菌株鉴定为枯草芽孢杆菌Bacillus subtilis。

Abstract:The research stated in the paper is focused on the consecutive and systematic isolation and identification of pathogenic microorganism of softening and decay disease in Zizyphus Jujuba during storage period.The results reveal the following aspects: the pathogenic fungus of softening and decay disease in Zizyphus Jujuba during storage period mainly fall into two categories: Alternaria Nees Wallr.and Rhizomorpha Roth.ex Fr.;four categories of pathogenic bacteria of softening and decay disease in Zizyphus Jujuba during storage period was isolated each year for three consecutive years,and we have extracted the genome DNA and amplified the rDNA fragments for the four kinds of pathogenic bacteria and completed the rDNA fragments sequencing of 062281 strain.According to homology analysis,the 062281 strain was identified as Bacillus subtilis.
