摘    要:以杂交育出的3个杨树新无性系为材料,用5个盐处理梯度处理45天,观察分析了各无性系各处理苗木的生长率、被害状、Na^ 积累、质膜透性、叶绿素含量等5项指标,结果认为:7号耐盐力最强,在含盐量0.3%的条件下可以正常生长,并可以在含盐量略高于0.3%的条件下进行小规模田间试验。

Abstract:Three new poplar clones developed by hybridization were treated with five salt gradient for 45 days. Through observing and analying their growth coefficient, injury, Na\ accumulation, plasma membrane permeation and chlorophyll content, No.7 was considered to be the best in salt endurance and could grow regularly under the condition of 0.3% salt content, and even could be tested in a small-scale field slightly over 0.3% salt content.
